New record for Rail Traction Company! On 12. August 2020 they pulled a 2,500-ton train of cereals from Villa Opicina to San Pietro in Gù in Italy.
It is the first international freight train who carried such heavy weight, operated by a private railway company. The train had left Hungary with the load of raw materials and, after crossing Slovenia, arrived at Villa Opicina in Italy where it was taken over by RTC (Rail Traction Company) and drove the freight to its destination in San Pietro in Gù where it arrived on time.
